Schilder

Wij zijn op zoek naar een bekwame en ervaren schilder om ons dynamische team te versterken. De ideale kandidaat is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse schilderwerkzaamheden om de oppervlakken van de eigendommen van onze klanten te verfraaien en te beschermen. Deze rol vereist aandacht voor detail, een sterke werkethiek en het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.​

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorbereiden van oppervlakken voor schilderwerk door middel van wassen, schrapen, schuren en het aanbrengen van primers of sealers
  • Aanbrengen van verf, beits, lak en andere afwerkingen op diverse oppervlakken met behulp van kwasten, rollers of spuitapparatuur.​
  • Mengen en afstemmen van verfkleur om de gewenste tinten en afwerkingen te bereiken.​
  • Repareren en opvullen van scheuren, gaten of voegen met geschikte materialen.​
  • Installeren en verwijderen van wandbekleding, zoals behang of vinyl
  • Zorgen dat al het werk voldoet aan de bedrijfsnormen en klantspecificaties.​
  • Handhaven van een schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving, inclusief het juiste onderhoud en de opslag van apparatuur en materialen.​
  • Naleven van alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen en -voorschriften om een veilige werkomgeving te garanderen

Kwalificaties:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als professioneel schilder in residentiële of commerciële omgevingen.​
  • Bekendheid met diverse schildertechnieken en materialen.​
  • Vermogen om schildergereedschap en -apparatuur veilig en efficiënt te bedienen.​
  • Sterke aandacht voor detail en toewijding aan kwaliteitsvakmanschap
  • Uitstekend kleurinzicht en esthetisch gevoel.

Opperman stratenmaker

 

 

Do you have experience of working as a Foreman Paver ? Then we are looking for you ! , you’ll work closely with the paver to complete various projects, including manually or mechanically laying paving and building sidewalks in the in Houten region. If you enjoy outdoor work and being part of a skilled team, this job is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Set out heights to ensure accurate paving.
  • Assist in setting out drains and curbs for proper water flow and stability.
  • Prepare the track for smooth and efficient paving.
  • Shape materials by flattening, cutting, and sawing as needed.
  • Handle materials and tools, ensuring the team has what they need for success.

What We’re Looking For

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with the paver.
  • A VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Physically strong and able to handle the demands of the job.
  • A valid driver’s license (category B) is an advantage.
