Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client premises.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
- Effective communication skills in Dutch or English.
